In the heart of the most beautiful part of Tuscany, in a panoramic and impressive location, you will find Villa Olea. The renovation works in this typical country house were completed in 2010 and now it can accommodate up to 9 people. We decided to call it Villa Olea because it is surrounded by hundreds and hundreds of centuries-old olive trees, which have been carefully planted on terraced fields that gently slope to the valley. This is the ideal villa for those who are looking for a holiday marking time in the slow rhythm of nature, away from the frenzy of modern life, which will be only a distant memory while living in such a magical place.

All around the villa you will only see terraced fields with olive trees, colors changing with the alternation of seasons and a beautiful landscape from the Etruscan town of Cortona down to the sweet hills and valleys of Valdichiana. Villa Olea has been built on the hillside, close to the Etruscan town of Cortona (which is walking distance), in the wonderful frame of Santa Maria Nuova. Here you can admire the impressive church of the 16th century that was designed by famous architect Giorgio Vasari.

This villa is a few hundred meters away from Villa Santa Maria, another villa we own in the same area. The two houses are linked by a lovely path among olive trees and can accommodate up to 24 people, meeting the needs of larger groups of people. Both the villas enjoy a privileged view onto the valley below, as if they were on a terrace onto Valdichiana.

The unique landscapes you will see from here are characterized by colors changing with the alternation of seasons: warm fall colors, silent winter white, spring awakening and summer happiness. Its strategic location makes of Villa Olea the ideal departure place to reach easily and quickly the most important art and cultural destinations in Tuscany and Umbria, such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, Assisi, Perugia and a thousand more.
