Regulation and Prices

The following items are included in the price:

• Bed linen, bath towels, tablecloth and kitchen towels to be changed weekly

The following items are not included in the price:

• Heating: € 4,00/ m3
• Electricity: (included up to 300 Kw/week) € 0,30/ Kw, if exceeding the limit
• Compulsory final cleaning: € 400

Security deposit to be paid on arrival: € 1500,00.

Check in on Saturday from 4pm to 7pm. For late arrivals, please call us in advance. Check-out on Saturday within 10am.

A personal data form (required by the law in Italy) must be filled in by guests on arrival and returned to the owner, who will forward it to the police or to other security authorities.

Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.

The deposit paid on arrival will be refunded on departure, after the inspection of the villa.

It is possible for smaller groups to rent weekly the manor house only for 20 people to be accommodated into 10 double bedrooms. The facilities included in the price, as well as those on request, are still available (not during the high season period).
