The Villa

It is located in Pietraia, 7 Km far from Cortona, on a green plain with sunflowers fields and golden ears of wheat. This villa, with two independent guest-houses, is the biggest we own and can accommodate up to 26 people.

This is the ideal villa for those who are looking for a quiet holiday in contact with nature. Its strategic sunny location on a plain is perfect as point of departure to explore the countless destinations in Tuscany and in Umbria.

You can visit Arezzo, Siena, Perugia, Pienza and Montepulciano by taking either the freeway, which is very close to the villa, or the train station in Terontola. Otherwise, you can spend relaxing days in the sun at the swimming pool in the big garden or under the lovely shadow of the blossoming pergola.

The timeless place and the romantic atmosphere of the past will be the basic ingredients of your holiday in an exclusive villa where you can enjoy privacy and relax.
